Our experience at this Best Western was very good. Check in was seamless and the clerk, Dakota was friendly, had a good sense of humor and very accommodating. He a did a great job! The rooms were clean. After we went to the rodeo it was nice to come back and sit in the common area by the fire and have complimentary hot beverages that the hotel provided. The night clerk (John, I think?) came over and visited with us and he was also very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again.
I have stayed at this hotel many times even when I am going to Salt Lake or Provo because, I know it is always very clean and I am never worried about it being dirty. The staff is always so helpful and kind. The pool is 24 hours so I can swim any time even if I get back late at night.
I've stayed at a ton of Best Western properties all over the country and I have to admit that this one, in Heber City, has THE BEST customer service. Jasmine put a smile on our faces the second we walked through the door. Her warm welcome and bright spirit made our check-in process a cheerful event rather than a mundane task. Thanks for setting the tone for a wonderful hotel stay, Jasmine. Give that woman a raise!!
Best Westerns are usually solid hotels, but this one felt even more elevated. There were lots of new finishes, a nice latte machine, and very helpful, friendly staff. Room was clean, and they gave you a little goody bag of snacks, which was a nice touch.
Our home flooded and Alli at the front desk went above and beyond to find a good rate for us. She was so warm, kind, and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel—such an awesome lobby and room. Thank you, Alli and Best Western for making a hard week a little better!

She is so kind, professional and accommodating! She even gave us two of her personal sleds so my kids could go enjoy the snow!! She’s amazing and totally made our trip!
Great experience at the hotel! Andrea in food service, was especially friendly and helpful and went above and beyond! You can tell she loves helping guests. The breakfast was fresh, well stocked, and kept very clean. Would recommend.
Dakota, Alex, and our breakfast attendant were all fantastic staff. Hotel policies, design, and amenities perfectly hosted our big emotional family and friends last minute get together. It was the best setting. I was able to relax and enjoy and be fully engaged in an important moment in my life.
